Financial reporting your auditors will love

Reconciliation, settlement, payouts and cash visibility, run as a managed service.

Your money moves through banks, PSPs, card networks and your own ledgers. Each one tells a slightly different story about it. We reconcile those stories into figures you can trace back to source and defend under scrutiny, running in your cloud on infrastructure your team owns.

What makes the numbers hold up

100%

Traceable

Every figure links back to source records through full data lineage.

Zero

Silent failures

Quality gates block delivery when checks fail, so bad numbers never ship.

T+0

Period-close ready

Timezone-aware cutoffs keep your books consistent with every counterparty's.

Yours

Full ownership

Runs in your cloud and is handed over with runbooks. No lock-in.

What we cover

Nine services spanning the money lifecycle, from a transaction clearing at the network through to the report a regulator signs off on.

Reconciliation

Multi-way matching across banks, PSPs, card networks and internal ledgers. Differences surface as a prioritized queue, each one carrying the source records that explain it.

  • N-way matching across any number of sources
  • Exception queues with drill-down to source records
  • Periodic variance reports and dashboards

Clearing & Settlement

Track funds from authorization through to settled cash, across the full Mastercard and Visa reporting cycles. We read the scheme files directly, so your settlement positions come from the source and not from someone else's summary.

  • Scheme file ingestion and interpretation (IPM, VSS)
  • Settlement position tracking by cycle and currency
  • Clear and settle funds to PSPs or customers

Payouts & Disbursements

What you owe merchants, sellers and partners, calculated line by line, plus proof of what actually left the account. When a partner disputes a payout, you can reproduce the arithmetic in front of them.

  • Payout calculation with fees, reserves, and adjustments
  • Partner-facing statements generated and delivered
  • Paid vs. owed confirmation matching

Cash Position & Liquidity

A reconciled view of cash across every account, entity and currency, updated on your schedule. Forecasts run against actuals so the gaps show up while there is still time to do something about them.

  • Consolidated positions across banks and PSPs
  • Forecast vs. actual with drill-down
  • Anomaly detection and investigation support

Invoicing & Revenue Recognition

Inbound invoices captured and checked against contract terms. Outbound invoices generated and delivered. Both reconciled against money that actually moved.

  • Inbound invoice capture and validation
  • Outbound invoice generation and delivery
  • Revenue recognition aligned to your policy

Fee & Cost Intelligence

We recompute PSP fees, scheme fees, FX spreads and penalties from your contract terms, then set that against what you were actually charged. The difference is often worth having.

  • Independent fee recomputation per contract terms
  • Charged vs. expected variance reporting
  • Cost trends by provider, channel, and geography

Regulatory & Compliance Reporting

Statutory, supervisory and regulatory reports produced on schedule and checked before they go anywhere. Every submission leaves a trail showing what was reported and where each figure came from.

  • Safeguarding and client-money reporting support
  • Scheduled statutory and supervisory reports
  • Quality gates before every submission

Financial Close

Month-end stops being a scramble once the sub-ledgers already tie out. Consistent cutoffs, balances your controllers can verify, and a close checklist they can genuinely sign off against.

  • Sub-ledger to GL tie-outs
  • Timezone-aware period cutoffs
  • Close-readiness dashboards and checklists

Audit Trails & Forensics

Every reported figure traces back to the raw records behind it. When something looks wrong months later, you are not reconstructing it from memory and half-remembered spreadsheets.

  • Immutable source data retention
  • Full lineage from report to raw record
  • Ad hoc forensic investigations

How we deliver

01

Connect

We ingest statements, scheme files, PSP reports, and internal ledgers into an immutable landing zone in your cloud.

02

Model

Our analysts encode how your business actually works: fee terms, cutoffs, settlement cycles. All of it versioned and tested.

03

Reconcile

Matching runs continuously across sources. Exceptions surface with their evidence; matched records feed your reports.

04

Report

Dashboards and scheduled reports go to your team, your partners and your regulators, once the quality checks pass.

Common questions

What data do you need from us to get started?

Whatever you already produce: bank statements, PSP settlement reports, card scheme files, and an export or read replica of your internal ledger. We take files in the format they arrive in, so nothing upstream has to change before we start. If a source is missing, we will tell you what it blocks instead of quietly working around it.

How long before we see the first reconciled output?

A first reconciliation over a real data set typically lands within the first few weeks of a scoped engagement. Full coverage across every source and service depends on how many systems are in scope and how clean the source data is. You get a scoped estimate before any commitment, not after.

What happens to the reconciliation process we already have?

We run alongside it first. Nothing gets switched off until our figures match yours, or we can explain exactly why they differ. Migration happens once you trust the numbers, on your schedule.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. Everything runs in a cloud account you own, defined as code in repositories you control, with clear permissions at handover. There is no proprietary runtime and no licence that expires. If you stop working with us, the platform keeps running.

How do we know a reported number is correct?

Every figure carries lineage back to the records it came from, and the critical models have quality tests written against them. When a check fails, delivery stops. Nothing ships with a warning attached, so a wrong number never reaches a regulator or a partner in the first place.

Can you handle multi-currency and multi-entity reporting?

Yes. Currency, entity, and timezone-aware period cutoffs are modeled explicitly rather than assumed, which is what keeps your period close consistent with each counterparty's own cutoff.

Do you replace our accounting system or ERP?

No. We sit between your source systems and your reporting, feeding reconciled, traceable data into the tools you already use. Your ERP, accounting system, and BI stack stay where they are.

What does ongoing support look like after delivery?

Technical support is included at no charge for an agreed post-delivery period. Beyond that, support plans are tailored to your SLAs and team capacity, from occasional consultation through to a dedicated data team. Handover includes runbooks and documentation either way, so ongoing support is a choice rather than a dependency.
